Fairytale

OK, so this picture was taken a few years ago.........it's new to you. I've been hesitant to download the latest pics from my camera since my computer has gone nuts again. I know... blah, blah....enough complaining about the computer issue and just get it fixed already! Not sure if you can read the print on this picture. It is simply the definition of a fairytale. It's a reminder that life is not always the fairytale we dream of in our childhood. It is so much more..............real................so much better!!!

Cheesecake

Here are more pictures from last Friday night. My cousins and I get together once a month for a little girl time. In honor of Mother's day we invited our moms this month. Even though 1/2 of us were unable to make it, we still had a good time.

Wings

For our cousins night this month we went to the Galleria and ate at the Cheesecake Factory. They had these really pretty lights. I used Paint Shop Pro (love it) to give it the color. I have several other pics but am posting what I can. It's ironic that I finally get a digital but now I don't have a "well" computer to do anything with my pictures.

My Papa came over today and helped me with the computer. I had something like 300+ viruses. It's still not acting normal so have patience with my blog. I'll post pics when I can.

Bubbles

I have lots of bubble pics but thought I'd just post a few while my computer lets me. It's been acting crazy! If I miss a few posts that will be why. I have over 200 pics from this weekend that I hope to get to.. Rylan had lots of fun at his party even though he's still not back to 100%. Today was better. We only a had few melt downs. Thanks to those of you who joined us and we missed those of you who weren't able to make it. Lots of love!

Little Artist

Rylan is TWO today! Can't believe it. Here he is playing with some sidewalk chalk a few days ago. My computer is crazy so I'm just now able to post these. He's been sick but is doing better. He is still cranky and doesn't want to sleep at night but there are two more days before his party. Hopefully he'll be back to normal by Saturday. (Maybe one day I'll figure out how to place the pictures where they look good instead of just randomly all over the place.)

Sweet Boy

After taking a bath Rylan decided it was time to go to bed. He layed down in the tub and told me he needed a blanket. These are some of my favorite pictures of him.

The only real bad thing about my digital is that I take WAY too many pictures. There aren't enough hours in the day to take as many as I would really like. Rylan has an older cousin, Tyler, that plays TBall so it has become his favorite thing to do. He's not too bad if I must say so myself. Massie had to get in on some of the action.

Patience

This picture is titled "patience" because I'm needing alot of it these days. The market has been extremely slow so our house is still waiting for a buyer. It's been over 1 1/2 yrs that I've been wanting to move and almost 1 yr that it has been on the market. I know I'll miss our house once it's gone but I'm looking forward to moving on to the next chapter. We are now proud owners of 14 acres in Crosby and hope to be adding more acreage one day. Our plan is to build in a few years. We are looking forward to the day we look out our window to see Rylan running through an open field. Wind under his feet and smile on his face.

Strings To The Soul

So here it is, my very first blog. This was taken at the Schyler Fisk/Joshua Radin concert last month. I'm going to try and take a picture a day. Hopefully that will help me learn my new camera. I would love to hear what you think of my pictures so send me your thoughts every now and then. That's all for now....
